1. Is there parking available at Royal China and Royal China Club?
Royal China Club & Royal China:
Hourly parking is available outside the restaurants.
At Royal China Canary Riverside, parking is available at the Canary Wharf car park and charges apply.
Colindale One68DimSum:
3 hours of free parking is available in the Morrisons car park at Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall.
2. Are your restaurants wheelchair accessible?
Royal China Club & Royal China:
All restaurants are wheelchair accessible. We recommend informing us in advance or noting accessibility needs when making a reservation. The Baker Street Royal China branch is disable toilet accessible.

Accessibility follows the facilities provided by Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall.
3. Do you offer highchairs or baby facilities?
Royal China Club & Royal China: Yes, we offer Highchairs and baby changing facilities.
4. Do you provide Wi-Fi for customers?
Yes all of our restaurants provide wifi for customers.
5. Do you have outdoor seating?
Our Royal China Canary riverside branch has outdoor seating facing the riverside.

6. Do you take reservations?
Royal China Club & Royal China:
Reservations are available throughout the day on weekdays. On weekends and bank holidays, reservations are available in the evenings only (after 5pm).
A deposit is required for groups of more than eight guests, and we kindly ask that these bookings be made through our form or contacting the restuarant directly
Colindale One68DimSum:Reservations are not required, as the restaurant operates on a walk-in-only basis.
7. Can I bring a birthday cake, wine or decorations to Royal China?
Royal China Club & Royal China:
Guests are welcome to bring cakes, wine, or decorations, though charges such as corkage or cake fees may apply and can vary by location.
Colindale One68DimSum:
External food, drink, or decorations are typically not permitted within Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall.
8. Is there a minimum fee for Private Dining?
Yes, each space has its minimum spend, to discuss this, please contact the branch you want to enquire.

Yes, American Express is accepted.
Colindale One68DimSum:
American Express is not accepted at this location.
10. Are pets or service dogs allowed at Royal China restaurants?
Royal China Club & Royal China:
Pets are not permitted inside the restaurants; however, service dogs and guide dogs are welcome.
Colindale One68DimSum:
Please refer to the Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall guidelines regarding pets.
11. Do you offer delivery services?
All restaurants:
Delivery is available through UberEats and Deliveroo at selected locations. Please check the delivery platforms for availability.
