  • 1. Do you provide free parking space?

    Royal China Baker Street, Harrow-on-the-Hill, and Fulham branches are hourly parking spaces outside the restaurant available.

    Canary Riverside customers can park in the Canary Wharf car park and charges apply.

  • 2. Do you take bookings?

    Booking is available the whole day on weekdays.

    Only evening booking is available on weekends and bank holidays.

    *Deposit is required when a reservation is more than 8, please contact the restaurant directly for making the reservation in this case.

  • 3. Do you provide vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free options?

    The OmniPork plant-based dishes are vegetarian/vegan friendly. Unfortunately, gluten-free items are unavailable at the moment.

  • 4. Do you provide halal options?

    Apologise halal options are unavailable at the moment.

  • 5. Do you take American Express?

    Yes, we do accept American Express.

  • 6. Do you pet friendly?

    Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate pets at restaurants. However service dog and guide dog are more than welcome.

  • 8. Are you wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, all restaurants are wheelchair accessible. It would be great if you can tell us before visiting our restaurants or note it in the reservation message.

  • 9. Can I book for a private event?

    Please contact the restaurant directly for more details.

  • 10. Can we bring our own cake/wine/decoration?

    Yes, but there are charges apply and are subject to different restaurants.

  • 11. What time are you serving dim sum?

    Serve from 12 pm to 4:30 pm daily.
